About Me
I am a Research Scientist at DeUmbra. Recently, I completed my PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from Ohio State University working in the Computer Vision Laboratory under Prof. Jim Davis.
Currently, I work on developing an agentic framework for modeling and simulating the real world. Previously, my dissertation focused on knowledge distillation in the image classification setting of computer vision, specifically on the distillation data and temperature parameter. I have also worked on neural network quantization, reinforcement learning, adversarial machine learning, and applied ML/CV (to agricultural engineering). My current interests broadly surround those that involve real world data, interactions, and/or considerations. My primary goal in life is to work on difficult problems and make a positive impact on society through AI/ML.
